We purchased my ionic through the military exchange in san Antonio on Nov 5th 2017. About 2 weeks ago it simply died. Will not charge, will not turn on I have done the following options per suggestions on this website to no avail.
1: Cleaned contacts on back of watch with with toothpick and charger end as well, No oil residue or anything on the contacts, no discoloration, no notable damage to either watch contacts or charger contact.
2: Pushed both the lower right button and left button at same time for up to 30 seconds, nothing noted. This was done while on charger and off charger both.
3: Pushed all three buttons at same time for up to 30 seconds, both on and off charger, nothing noted.
4: left watch on charger for 2 hours and attempted both above again, no change or turn on
5: left watch off charger for 3 days, had to go to work and tried all three above again, no change or start up.
What would be my next step in getting this going again?
