Is this the most expensive piece of junk ever. It will not switch on, it will not synch to my phone. I contacted customer support tried to reset as they advised using left and bottom button, this didn't make any difference. Ive been waiting for two days for customer support to re contact me. A s they escalated the problem . Can anyone help?

Mine was doing the same at less than a week old & only way around for me was to put unit on charge then do the reset - until that too stopped working 'unit heated up under use too' so contacted support, arranged return unit under 45 day guarantee & got my monies back & gone back to my Surge. When the Surge too finally dies I am moving to either Garmin or even Polar.
