My wife bought me the Ionic for Christmas and it will not show texts or phone calls.  It has synced to my phone for music and fitness info though.

Never mind Fitbit...I returned your product and exchanged it for a Garmin which works on many more devices, has more features, and costs less money.

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?

Never mind Fitbit...I returned your product and exchanged it for a Garmin which works on many more devices, has more features, and costs less money.
