2 years I got a fitbit watch but I got a Garmin because fitbit doesn't have Russian Language but I really liked my fitbit and its features. 2 days ago I saw the new Ionic came out and I really wanted it! It had so many great features and I thought surely Fitbit had fixed this huge mistake to not support russian language!!!!!! Today I'm using my new 300$ watch and when my mother write me message all I can see is some crazy code!!! I am not sure what to do.... for 300$ should I just take this watch back because Fitbit does not care about there Russian speaking customers. Is it that hard in the year 2017 to add Russian language? I mean it seams to be easy for Garmin.... Fitbit please tell me what should I do ? Return my watch and just use different brands or will you please support my language. And if it is that hard for you perhaps you can add Ukrainian or polish! Anything! Please answer me I am a valuable customer and I hope to stay one! Ksenia with love
