Hi guys,
Just looking to see if anyone has experienced the same with their Fitbit Ionic.
I bought my original in September 2017 and in June 2018 the screen suddenly became unresponsive- covered in lines that almost looked like a bar-code, a day later the Fitbit wouldn't even power on.
I bought my Fitbit through Amazon, who happily sent me a new one once I returned the original. This replacement Fitbit has now done the exact same thing, and again Iv'e had to contact Amazon and this time I've gotten a full refund.
I'm really annoyed this has happened as I'm a huge Fitbit fan and really don't want to change brand but I'm reluctant to get another Fitbit in case this happens again. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

That is not a very common occurrence. It is even less common for it to happen to the same person on 2 different trackers. It is more likely that something you do or something in your environment is causing this. Electrical or magnetic interference perhaps?
