Hi,
I upgraded my Iconic yesterday. At the end, I was asked to charge and calibrate. I did not do that. I just plugged it in now. Will it calibrate automatically? If not how do I make it calibrate?
Thanks!

@Boobatuba428 Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
I appreciate the details mentioned. I'll be happy to clarify your question about this calibration message.
You can calibrate it by plugging in your Ionic and setting it on a flat surface. Once you have completed these steps a restart, or shutting down your Ionic (and turning it back on) after you complete the calibration (green check mark) should prevent you from seeing the prompt moving forward.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Hi,
My problem might be related to this one. I had an update a couple of days ago and I didn't do the calibration (got the notification during a bicycle ride) and now it doesn't react anymore :s. The screen just stays black. Is there something that can be done ? I already plugged it in and nothing is happening :s.
Kind regards,

Looks like a common problem. Some users are having the same issue after updating or calibrating.
Until now i had luck with mine. Scared to "calibrate"
Try to see with costumer service if they have tips to fix it
