During my holiday my Ionic started flicking on the screen then just the Fitbit symbol. I have since tried resetting but still nothing. I have managed to reset and start over the set up on my phone. When prompted to put in the code that appears on the watch the watch shows stick but the app says it was the incorrect pin. The watch is 8 months old. Not happy

Sorry to hear about what you're experiencing with your watch. I would like you to restart your Ionic and then perform the set up procedure.

Thanks for getting back @Pete999. I appreciate the procedures you've followed in order to get your Ionic set up. Sorry for the delay.
I would like you to double check your Fitbit app, maybe it's showing you wrong code but it can be that your watch has been already set up. To do so, go to the main page of your app and tap in your profile picture, this will show you the Ionic's picture if it's already set up.
Remember that after it has been set up, you don't need to follow this process again. Your Ionic will sync automatically.
