Fitbit Ionic dead, black screen, not resetting or hard starting

My ionic seemingly died at 14 months old.

Even though almost fully charged, the screen went black, it stopped charging, syncing, resetting or lighting up.

I'm not sure what to do from here - it was only reasonably new and very well looked after.

I've scrolled through other similar posts but none of the suggestions I've found seem to work - any help would be greatly appreciated! 🙂

I'm having the same issue. I had almost a full charge last night and now my screen is black and dead! I've read no less than 50 posts about this same issue from yesterday alone.
