Fitbit Ionic displaying outlook notifications from a samsung note 9

I just upgraded from a Samsung 8+ to Note 9, but now the outlook notifications don't show.  I have reinstalled the Fitbit app, but no change.  Any ideas would be great.  Thanks

Hi.  Several things come to mind.

 

Check to make sure your new phone is not on 'do not disturb' mode.

 

Confirm that the Outlook app is sending notifications to the phone.

 

Finally, go to the Fitbit app and on the dashboard, tap on the upper right corner icon (the one that looks like a document). This should bring you to the settings page. Tap on the Ionic tile. Look for notifications and there should be a link to the different apps for notifications. Look for Outlook and make sure that this is turned on.
