Fitbit Ionic does not show sleep score anymore

The Fitbit Ionic perfectly showed me the sleepscore for a little less than a year.
However, as of December 21st it doesn’t show a sleepscore at all anymore.

Nothing has really changed.
I still wear it the same: same place on my wrist, as tight as in the past, battery sufficiently loaded,...

What other possibilities could I try to get it resolved?

Thanks in advance

I haven't had a sleepscore with my Iconic since about that time as well. Mine still records my sleep, it just uses the old graphic method that was available before Sleepscores. I'm beginning to wonder if Sleepscore is now a "Premium Only" feature. I have kept up with all of the firmware updates as they become available and my app is also kept up-to-date. I power off my Fitbit and my phone at least once a week. Very frustrating that this is happening and does not seem to resolve

Do you also have an IPhone or another mobile phone?
Might it be due to an update from Apple?

@Hilde_VdA @Eagle1 Hi there. Thank you for the details shared.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. Just wanted to clarify that Sleep score is a free feature in the  Fitbit app.

Take into consideration that in order to have sleep score, your Ionic needs to track sleep stages, check the following scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

Hope this helps.
