I was trying to get some apps on my Fitbit. I can't because it keeps saying I need to update my firmware. I followed the steps on the help page, but it keeps not showing any updates on the app... The ionic is connected with my phone. But when I add the wifi connection, the Ionic keeps disconnecting.
I now have firmware 27.32.12.19.
Is there any way I can force the update on the ionic? Maybe with a pc?

I tried to install it as a replacement device. But is still won't update... Should I set my Ionic back to factory settings?

The problem is not in the tracker, but in the Fitbit server.
Since you where able to easily do the add device. You could remove the ionic from your a count then add it.
Or go to the top right of this page, tap your photo, then tap contact for it.

Thanks for the advice. I already tried removing the ionic and reinstalling it in the app. Also didn't work...
I'm in contact with support on Twitter, but at the moment without a result.
