My fitbit ionic only shows the main clock screen, nothing when you swipe left or right at all. Wont connect to wifi when I try that, cant get to settings to hard reset it and I've already tried the button resets a million times. It is also on the latest firmware but did this before the update. Worked fine for months and all of a sudden all of these issues happen.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Bigred33! Since when did you start noticing this behavior on your Fitbit Ionic? Thanks for already troubleshooting it, nice way to go!
I'd like you to please confirm to me some troubleshoot steps you've done so I can move on with the next step for this issue, all right? Thanks my friend!
Have you done these steps for the restart process?
Also, I was wondering if when you connect your Fitbit Ionic to the charging cable, do you feel a vibration or do you see anything on the display? Are the green lights on the back still flashing?
In regards to the Wi-Fi issues, I'd recommend taking a look at this article "Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?" to get a detailed troubleshooting steps for this.
Looking froward to your response!

Yes I have tried all of that. When plugged in it charges normally and screen shows charging.
The screen works, theres just nothing except the main clock screen on it. Like if I slide it theres nothing there.

Thanks for getting back @Bigred33! Let's do a one more last step, all right?
Once you've done this, swipe your screen and let me know if you can see more than just the clock face.
Keep me in the loop!
