Help? My Fitbit Ionic is frozen, w/screen flashing on & off. I’ve tried the reset of ‘hold down all 3 buttons for 20 seconds.’ Didn’t resolve & didn’t turn off. The screen still flashes on & off. Any advice?

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend following the complete troubleshooting instructions in Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? Please also try to set up your watch by doing the following:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
