I purchased my Fitbit in March 2018. I hadn't used it for a couple of months and went to switch it on yesterday and it will show no signs of life and is also not charging. I have tried charging via wall socket, charging via computer, cleaning the charger/watch contacts and performing the two button reset.
I see a lot of people on the forums with this issue, can Fitbit advise if this is fixable or pass me to customer services?

I had it happen to my Ionic. I called customer service and they just have you try a hard reset. Since it was 3 months past the warranty I was offered 25% discount on a new one with a recommendation that I purchase the $50 warranty. I decided spend a little more money and purchase a discounted Apple Watch 4. Not going back.
