Hello ,
All of a sudden my Fitbit ionic has stopped tracking my steps and heart rate . Also the Green LED light behind the watch has stopped blinking. I also tried by doing a factory reset but nothin helped. Also I have to tap on the Screen to wake the watch up and it is always asking for the password. It worked fine till yesterday and I was very happy with it.
request you to help me with the same. It’s just 4 months that I have purchased this watch.
