Fitbit Ionic is charged but screen won't come on.

My Fitbit won't come on... on my phone app it shows that it has 92% charge and is syncing.  But I cannot get the device to come on.  

Tried a reset and the Ionic symbol will show up for a breif second then disappear, but face is black.

A warm welcome to the Community @vstokes. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

Since, you've tried restarting it and connecting it to the charger but it's still not turning on. I've shared your post with our Support team and they've mentioned you already have a case with them, please continue the communication through email.
