Fitbit Ionic is stuck on the Fitbit logo

My Ionic is stuck on the logo screen. I have tried holding all three buttons and releasing the lower right button when the devise restarts with the logo showing, as suggested to others, but nothing changes. It still only comes back to the logo. I have attempted this reset repeatedly but still only shows the logo. Very frustrating.
