Fitbit Ionic isn't showing any of my data

So my watch isn't showing any of my steps, heartbeat or any data. Shows zero.   It's keeping the record on my app. But nothing on the watch except time.  I've made sure notifications and everything is turned on.  Only thing it's keeping up with is the time. Lol.  I still have the green light on bottom.  So any ideas what I should do? Right now I just have a nice digital watch.  It's not really useful if none of the stuff works.    Thanks

@Michelmg Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the missing data on your Fitbit Ionic. I'd like you to restart your Fitbit device as described in this help article. After this, try setting up your Ionic from scratch and see if the issue gets fixed.
