Fitbit Ionic keeps saying Unlock with your phone - Fitbit Community
For the past two weeks, I have been unable to sync my fitbit Ionic with my Galaxy S7 edge. Everytime I try to use my watch, I get the following message "Unlock with your phone". Unfortunately, I cannot unlock my watch with my phone, because the feature to unlock the phone and change the pin does not appear on the app on my S7 Edge. Can someone help me?

I am having the same problem, and have sat on the phone with Fitbit for more than 3 hours.
Did the problem get solved.

I was able to get it resolved. The easiest thing I did was use my iphone
device to unlock and create a new pin. I have two phones, one on ios and
the other on android. I initially created my fitbit account on an android
device. Try using an ios device, it solved my problem quickly, because the
features are a little different and a lot easier to function, than on an
android system.
