Fitbit Ionic losing time, not synching to iPhone via Bluetooth or wifi.

Anyone else having this problem of Ionic losing time, therefore not showing the correct time, not synching to my iPhone 7 (software version 13.3) via Bluetooth or wifi. Every single remedy I have tried, as I have written to Fitbit as of ten days ago, but they have not been able to give me a working remedy. The latest email today says it’s an ongoing issue and they’re looking for a resolution, but no time frame as to when it will be resolved! This is just not satisfactory to me at all. Anyone else had this? Possibly something to do with the iPhone 13.3 software update or so Fitbit is saying? My Ionic is 20 months old, well cared for, cleaned, not dropped, has a nylon case around it for protection.

My ionic is doing the same since I updated it 3/4 days ago. It seems to be losing time quicker as time goes on. Woke this morning and it was 56mins behind which won’t be good if I rely on this for the alarm.

It will update if I force sync and I put all day sync to on but it hasn’t made a difference.
Emailed Fitbit but haven’t had a reply yet.

Bizarre, that’s exactly what mine is doing and I do the force synch thingy, and it keeps the exact time for a few minutes then bit by bit loses it.
