When I first received my Fitbit Ionic the notifications were working.
Now, they have stopped working altogether.
I have removed the fitbit app & reinstalled.
Restarted my fitbit twice.
Checked for updates.
Checked in settings on the fitbit & theyre all turned on.
Checked in settings on the app and they're all turned on.
Please help- completely at a loss of what to do next.

Both my wife and I had the smell thing happen. We both restarted the ionic and notifications started back up again. No issues since the restart. I’m not quite certain what caused the issue to occur.

Anyway..
Make sure all day sync and always connected is off. Try restarting your phone and then your Ionic (press and hold bottom buttons either side).
Perhaps remove and then add the Ionic from the Fitbit app.

I have been having issues with notifications on the Ionic, using IPhone 6 with IOS 11, in discussions with Fitbit support and they seem to think there is an issue with IOS 11, notifications work for a bit and then stop, if you turn notifications off and then back on it works for a short time and then stops, it also seems if the watch is locked by passcode notifications do not come through.
