My Ionic no longer vibrates to notify me to move or when I receive notifications. It also fails to connect to my location when I use the run exercise function. Not sure if these problems are connected but both are very frustrating. I have done all of the recommended fixes and none have work. I even factory reset last night and it is still not working properly. Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks

I will gladly assist you whit your Ionic not vibrating and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You didn't specify what type troubleshoots you have tried besides the Factory Reset. Make sure that the Ionic isn't in the Do Not Disturb mode by long pressing the left button and enabling the notifications settings. Also check that your phone isn't in silent mode as the Ionic won't vibrate due to this.

 

Regarding the GPS signal please check these instructions to help solve the issue.
