My Fitbit Ionic stopped syncing to my iPhone X yesterday; my watch is maintaining the log of my pulse, calories, steps, etc. but is not displaying an accurate time. The app is not displaying my current pulse, only resting, and continues to say "looking" when a sync is attempted. I've removed and downloaded the app; I've restarted my Ionic (multiple times); I've updated my Fitbit and iOS. Occasionally the watch will sync for approximately 5 seconds at most, but will the app will then return to not displaying live data. At this point, it's essentially useless for me to use this device because 1) the watch itself isn't displaying an accurate time and 2) the app isn't maintaining my data.
Fitbit, please provide information on how to fix this issue, other than resetting the watch (it doesn't solve the issue).
