Fitbit Ionic not charging above 50%

I saw this topic on a previous firmware issue. I am currently using 32.10.15 and the display will not show above 50%. I've had it on for several hours and it has not decreased but the fitbit app shows the battery is not full. Anyone have a fix?

Have you tried restarting the Ionic several times?  IF not, give that a try and see if it performs better.  If that doesn't fix it, try a factory reset (on the Ionic, settings app, scroll to About).  iF that fails then you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)
