I looked on the forum for help and found to “reset” by pressing the left button along with the bottom right button for 10 seconds. I did this and it restarted but it is still not calculating anything. It is fully charged, thoughts?

UPDATE: it is now counting but it is VERY  delayed and it is counting while I’m not moving
