Fitbit Ionic not holding charge after last update

My Fitbit used to hold a charge for several days. Since the last update the charge lasts less than 24 hours. I haven’t changed how much I use it.

@SHamer Welcome to the Community. I would suggest fully charging your Ionic and then performing  several restarts In sucessession  by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until you see the Fitbit embelm appear. Try this and see how you get on. Hi @MattFitbit could you merge this one with the existing thread on the board.

I tried your suggestion. Now my Fitbit is frozen on the logo screen.
