My Fitbit Ionic was running fine for a while, but now the screen keeps going black. The device still appears to be on (can sync with phone, vibrates with messages etc and I can see the back light) but the screen is black and unusuable.
I have tried re-booting and a factory re-set with no success. Has anyone else had this problem and is there any solution?

Seems odd that your Ionic is working as the way we designed it but the display is simply not turning on, thank you for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting.
