Hi,
I have noticed more and more that my Ionic won't track my sleep on some nights. Some nights it tracks fine but other nights it just doesn't show anything. Everything else tracks fine and it syncs with my steps etc and my Fitbit scale.
Let me know if there is something I can do to help this issue.
Thanks!

@Chixy67 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for letting me know that your Ionic isn't tracking your sleep all nights.
I would like you to check the following scenarios that might avoid that your Ionic tracks your sleep:
- If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
- If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep?
- If you slept for less than 3 hours.
- If your device’s battery is critically low.
Could you let me know if your Ionic isn't tracking your sleep or if it's not tracking sleep stages?
Keep me posted. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

It’s not tracking my sleep at all. I have had this Fitbit for two years or so and has always tracked mostly flawlessly.
Just lately, it seems to not track and it’s happening more frequently. It did it again last night.
Is my Fitbit at the end of its life? Is there warranty on them?
Any help is appreciated.

@Chixy67 Thanks for getting back. In this case, I've shared your case with our Support team and they will continue assisting you through email. Each case is reviewed individually and the option provided is based in the Fitbit Warranty.
