I disconnected this watch to use a Versa watch and now I can't reconnect it. I've tried to hard reset as well and no luck.

I have same issue. Watch tells me to unlock with phone however it will not connect. Have tried hard reset multiple times. Any help?

I was not aware there was a ongoing case. I was told they did not know how to solve and offered a 25% on another fitbit.

I have solved the issue and yes they offered me 25% discount. Not impressed by their help desk either. Let me know if you want help on getting your Fitbit unlocked.

I have tried hard reset and everything I can think of. It just keeps saying use your phone to unlock. Help

Hold all button down on Ionic. Wait until Fitbit logo appears. Immediately release bottom right button and keep left button and top right button pressed. Wait until watch vibrates. Release buttons. Watch will restart. It may take some time so wait. If after 5 minutes you don't have home screen restart again. While waiting for watch, FORCE STOP your Fitbit app on your phone. If you remember your password and username, uninstall app and reinstall and sign it. Once watch has restarted be sure to have it charging and right beside your phone. Should reconnect. In app get into your account and scroll until your see DEVICE LOCK. Follow instructions to reset PIN. Should work. Good luck.

Hi the problem is that I am unable to unlock it because I removed it from my device aka phone before taking the lock off.
