I have attempted multiple times to register my Fitbit ionic for recall. Recall reference codes never work! Reference code not found.
I have escalated it to fitbit support but nobody want to help. Ionic was released in 2017, Mónica from The Fitbit customer care team wants me to produce the receipt and refuses to help me with the recall!
Watch is recalled because of the battery poses a threat of exploding in my face! Fitbit show no responsibility in this recall.
