I need a replacement for my Fitbit Ionic that I paid $405 for. Customer support offered no help and after escalating to retention they offered me 25% off a new purchase. They did not resolve the issues related to my Fitbit ionic. My screen goes blank on the ionic and ive done all the general restarts etc. This has been a VERY Poor customer experience and I was given poor customer service. If I don't get a replacement ionic then i will have to just start leaving reviews all over online.

It sounds like it is out of warranty. Out of warranty does not get you a replacement
