Fitbit Ionic resetting active minutes to 0

Hi Team, 

 

I am facing issue with my Ionic, whenever I sync with mobile app it is syncing other activities correctly and resetting active minutes to zero.

 

This is happening with me almost every day. I have observed this closely, actually its syncing active minutes from app to watch(If somehow I have 10 active minutes on my app, that day it resets active minutes to 10 on every sync).

 

I have already tried below steps:

Restarted my fitbit Ionic several times 

Uninstalled and installed app again.

Removed and added device to my account.

 

This is really frustrating. Looking for your help asap.

What phone do you have @RadhikaR , have you searched the board for your phone?
