Fitbit Ionic screen blank, still tracking and lighting up, but blank

My Ionic screen just randomly went blank today. It is still tracking my steps, still syncing, still vibrating when I get notifications but the screen is just black. You can see it slightly light up when I should see something, but nothing...just blank. I’ve restarted/reset, tried charging it, nothing is making it pop back up. I’ve tried contacting got it but haven’t heard back yet. Any suggestions?

Yeah would not try to mess with it as you could brick it.  Call Tech Support directly at the number linked below and do all the troubleshooting protocols with them.  If defective they will normally offer you a replacement device on the spot.  Try that and let me know how that goes.  

 

No one here can offer you a replacement or refund or even discount.  Many now have replacement units by calling them direct.  Fitbit has been pretty good with a “zero tolerance” for defective units.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic
