Fitbit Ionic screen is Black can't see the # to setup to my phone. I try reset but doesn't work

You may Have tried this but first, make sure your charger is working.  Plug the charger into a different USB plug to see if that makes a difference.  Try re-starting the tracker again.  If neither of those possible solutions work, I would then contact Support.

I try that, I try the restart, it give me the option to add the number but can’t see it on the screen.
