Hi,
My fitbit loses charge very quickly and when fully charged the screen is not responsive and I'm unable to get to my apps or settings to force quit.
I have tried restarts - no improvement,
I have done a factory reset twice - no improvement.
The screen will still not respond to touch - any other ideas on way to resolve this (assuming it is a software issue)?
