My ionic started showing zero steps over and over throughout the day. The steps reappear when I sync to my phone, then go back to zero. Any ideas?

I have the opposite. The Ionic shows that I have 11 hours of moving and the app will show 10. The other thing that is off is I show 60 active minutes but don't reach the weekly goal of that 30 minute daily activity ?

My app decreased my steps to 2,712 but my watch Fitbit ionic has the 10,375 steps I have completed. How do manually enter the correct steps on my app? Or how can I fix this? This happened yesterday evening.

Does it fix the watch, because it a long time for it to sync?
