Hi,

I have been very happy customer for quite sometime. I am using Fitbit Ionic, which is stopped heart beat monitoring and count the steps endlessly even if am not moving. I have noticed this issue since one week. I have tried rebooting, factory reset changing the clock face all that suggested in the Forum. I am writing from India. Can some one help to fix?

Yes ,many users have this issue, but fitbit support only says "restart ,factory rest".

I think they intentionally made this bug to force users to buy new one.
