Fitbit Ionic stopped tracking, steps, HR and sleep

I have had my Ionic for about 13 months.  2 months ago it stopped recording heartrate and sleep and I knew the steps it was tracking was not accurate as it was tracking steps while I was driving. I did a hard reset and reinstalled it.  I worked briefly for a day and or two and now nothing I do works.  It charges and the green light on the back still works.  I have cleaned the sensors.  Not sure what the problem is.

@Carrieowe1 A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.

I appreciate the details shared. Your device has been tested against driving and riding in buses, trains, and other public transportation and shouldn’t add steps when you’re traveling under normal conditions. On bumpy roads or in a car with a stiff transmission your device may add some steps. For most customers, the number of extra steps added when driving isn’t significant when compared to your overall stats. If you want to remove the steps from your daily total, manually log the driving activity for the time you were in a vehicle.

Please confirm that you restarted your Ionic and let me know if it starts tracking your data again.

Let me know how the troubleshooting goes. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
