Very upset that my fitbit Ionic stopped working and there is nothing FITBIT can do to fix it or replace the battery , because according to them my warranty is expired, but i was offered 25% off on my next fitbit how about that. Like I want to purchase another Fitbit that will stop working in a year or even less . Great way Fitbit is making their $$$$. Ive read alot of Costumers are having the same problem but sad there is no resolution but to purchase another on... I am very disappointing.

Sorry to hear that your Fitbit stopped working. Rest assure that each case is reviewed individually and the option provided is based in the Fitbit Warranty, if you have any questions about the option you were given, you may want to reply back to the case that you have with them.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

@GerhardL71 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.
Fitbit doesn't have any repaired centers. However, I'll be happy to help you troubleshooting your watch.
I would like you to confirm you've tried restarting your Ionic and check if it turns on after this.
Keep me posted!

Same here 1 1/2 months. I believe firmware updates kill the Ionic and this is built in obsolescence from Fitbit. My case number was issued but of course no one from Fitbit or Google has contacted me.
