I just got my Ionic and I'm having so much trouble setting it up. The Bluetooth on my android syncs at times then unsyncs other times. Then the music app won't let me connect. Also I get no notifications from cell to tracker device. And more I have Factory reset it 3 times. I installed and uninstalled the Fitbit app. I have also tried setup on my laptop which has windows 10. and again blueBluet will connect then it will say no wifi when there is. I have spent at least 6 hours on this Fitbit Ionic I'm so frustrated and ready to give up and get refund. Anyone else having these issues.

The most recent update, just a few days ago, seems to have messed up a lot of people's Ionic. If yours is brand new, I would guess this is the problem. I'm actually on here right now looking for a fix, because my Ionic won't sync to my computer or phone after the update.
