Fitbit Ionic will not power on after factory reset

Fitbit Ionic was not syncing with my phone after searching here i factory reset the fitbit and now it will not come back on.....

Ionic wasn’t syncing and receiving notifications. Did restart several times. Finally did a factory reset and now it won’t turn in. Was 100% charged at time. When I connect it to charger nothing happens. Screen black.

I have a very similar problem, mine just stopped working, now wont turn on at all, this happened yesterday lunchtime, I tried resetting several times, then left on charge, however this morning it turned on for about 30 seconds, started charging again, the died again??? Any ideas and help most appreciated. Thank you

Have you tried holding in the left and lower right buttons?

Why would you do a factory reset for a sync issue? 

We probably still have to fix the sync issue.
