can't get to the option of setting up wifi manually

I saw post that said to delete the app from my phone and re-install

Does that work and will it delete history

No. Your history is stored in the Fitbit servers. You should be able to delete and re-install the app on your phone with no issues.

Is your phone, I assume it is a phone, connected to your WiFi?

Does the app find the wifi that the phone is connected to?

If the tracker doesn't connect, I've received an error message, did you get one, and if so what would it be @mediowaldt3
