I currently have iPhone X and iPad both running iOS 12.3 My fitbit stopped syncing to my iPhone 5/23/19. I tried turning off the bluetooth and turning it back on again, resetting the watch, and when I deleted the app and removed my ionic from my account to set it up again I could not complete the setup because it would not sync to my phone. Then I tried syncing to my iPad and the worked yesterday but now today 5/24/19 it will not complete a sync to my iPad either.

Same here and this is a replacement that I got 2 days ago wish I had got the Apple Watch as so frustrating no point in having the thing

I have now tried installing the app on my computer and trying to sync through my computer with no luck. I even tried to do a factory reset over 12 hours ago and now it just sits there flashing on and off. I'm done. No help/support for me then I will not support fitbit.
