Hello all.
So I purchased a Fitbit ionic exactly a year ago today. It was working great up until January/February but around that time I encountered an issue where the device just shut off on me. When plugging it in it appears there was a screen bleed on the display. After attempting to let it sit and charge it turns on. It worked for a day or two and then it ended up dying on me with a screen bleed and has since to turn on appropriately for me.
I should have seeked assistance sooner but I couldnt find the receipt for when I purchased this watch. Thankfully after searching for the past few days I successfully found it. Now I'm making this post because I'd like to submit a warranty claim but I'm not sure how. Any advice or assistance from anyone?
