My fitbit ionic will not vibrate when I receive phone calls or notifications.

I already tried multiple solutions even uninstalling the app from my phone, deleting the device and doing a factory reset multiple times.

 

I always took very good care of my device and it has NEVER even gotten wet despite their claims that it can track your swimming.

 

I already contacted customer care and the only solution they offered me was BUY A NEW ONE!!  And they think it is ok just because they are giving me a 25% off..
