I cannot get my Fitbit Ionic to charge - and this is extremely frustrating....I've held down the left button and the bottom right and all I get on my screen is "0%"

Then Do a Restart

 

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
