Hello, my fitbit won't pair to my bt-008 bluetooth earbuds. Those are fairly cheap ones but they pair immediatly to my phone. I do the usual procedure: holding on until they enter pairing mode, while in pairing mode, I enter my watch options and start a bluetooth device search. Doing so, it will easily find my smartTV but will never ever find my earbuds...

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @CynBonneau, hope you're doing great! Thanks for already troubleshooting this inconvenience between your Ionic and your V4.1 bt headset, nice way to go!
If your phone is managing multiple Bluetooth connections simultaneously:
These interruptions are typically caused by operating system and Bluetooth limitations. It's also possible that an app on your phone is causing the issue.
If you have an Android phone, try these steps:
The API used in these apps makes it difficult for Fitbit to communicate reliably with your phone. Ford provides a list of apps but note that other companies may use the API as well.
If you want to connect a Bluetooth audio device to your Fitbit Ionic, check this article for instructions.
Let me know if you need further help!
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Whatever I try, my ionic never sees the bt headset. I even tried unpairing everything around and turn of everything that uses bt except my headset and watch and I still doesn't find it. My problem is not that it loses its connectiong but won't even find it :/.
Without any further effort, anyother of my devices finds my headset spot on every time.
