The time wont correct unless you can sync - that is the only way to correct it. So if you can get your Ionic syncing the time issue will resolve. What phone are you using? Have a look at THIS Help Article on Syncing Issues.

Welcome on board @Angie49! Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot this on your own. Nice way to go!
@NellyG is right. Your Ionic won't show the correct time until your sync it. Please check the link she provides and make sure that the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices.
Also, I'd recommend taking a look at the article: Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?
Give this a go and let us know how it goes!

Tried resetting my Ionic because I got a new Iphone XR and now Im lost.
Troubleshooting everywhere just says to go to wi-Fi settings in the app on my phone, and since I deleted the old app and downloaded the latest, there no longer seems to be any W-Fi section to click on. It disappeared.
It worked fine before, but doesnt seem to want to connect now to the XR and especially with the latest fitbit app.

Maybe I should just reset my Ionic? How do you restore to factory default so I can start anew. Im thinking thats the only way to get it to work. Its worked great for a year now on my Iphone 7, but I deleted the app from my old phone, then I "revoked" the old phone from the app. Still my XR phone wont find it.

@tommyg29 Welcome to the Fitbit Community.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced when trying to sync with your iPhone XR. In order to perform a factory reset, on your Ionic, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Keep in mind that the apps and all personal data will be deleted from the device, including credit or debit cards you added. Instructions to set up your Ionic can be found on this article.
Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

So for the past three days my Ionic will not sync. I have tried all of the troubleshooting and steps I have found on the forum and help section of fitbit. Can someone please help I have only had this like 3 months and it was my first fitbit and now I am really regretting this. I can't even get the device re set up after removing it. I am very frustrated and really need help.
After way more research I finally got this synced only through my PC. Still not happy that no app on any phone or tablet could make this work.
