Fitbit Ionic won't sync with my phone

My ionic just stop pairing with my phone,  now its not even putting off a bluetooth signal to reconnect with my phone,  ive powerd both phone and firbit off but to no change, turned the bluetooth off and on but still no signal. I seen alot of people have been commenting about this same issue as of late, can you help me resolve this issue
