Fitbit Ionic won't turn on and the button won't press

Ionic has stopped working after swimming and it appears that the solo button on the left side  will not press in

@Willos6 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that the button of your Fitbit Ionic seems that it will not press, please use a toothpick in order to clean around the button any moisture or dust that this part may have accumulated.

 

After this, restart your Ionic as described in this help article and see if the issue gets fixed.
